We collect almost nothing.
This page says exactly what happens to your data on this site. The honest answer is very little — so the rest of the document explains the few technical records that do exist.
01The short version
This site collects no personal information from you. There is no account to create, no form to fill in, and no analytics or advertising script running in your browser. The page you read is the same page anyone else reads.
- No accounts, no sign-up, no forms.
- No cookies and no browser storage written by this site.
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks.
02What is not collected
We do not ask for, and do not hold, your name, postal address, phone number, date of birth, payment details or any government identifier. We do not store your wallet address, your balance or your transaction history.
Because the site has no accounts and no profiles, there is nothing here that can be linked back to you — even in principle.
03Technical data handled by the host
Like any website, the infrastructure that delivers these pages may record standard technical details in order to serve them and to spot abuse: an IP address, the browser and device type, the referring page, the exact address requested and a timestamp.
Those entries exist to keep the site running and to defend it from attacks. They are not used to build a profile of you, they are not sold, and they are not merged with data from other sites to identify you.
04Error diagnostics
If a page fails to load, the hosting platform may receive an automatic technical report: the error message, a stack trace and the path that failed. It carries no wallet data and nothing you typed. It exists so the breakage can be fixed.
06Links to other sites
The exchange section and the footer point to services outside this site: GitHub, market-data trackers (CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, CoinPaprika, CoinCodex), trading venues (NonKyc, SafeTrade) and other community resources. Once you follow one of those links, their own privacy policies apply.
- GitHub — your account and activity there are between you and GitHub.
- Trading venues — most apply identity and account rules of their own before you can use them.
- Data trackers — they may set their own cookies and run their own analytics.
07When you write to us
If you email support@zclassic.io, we receive your address, your message and anything you attach. It is used only to answer you, and to keep a record of the exchange for as long as it is useful.
We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not send newsletters, and we do not pass your address on to anyone else.
08How long things are kept
Host-level logs are retained only as long as the hosting provider’s own policy requires for security and operations. Emails are kept while the conversation remains relevant, then deleted. Nothing else is retained, because nothing else is collected.
09Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly gather information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something by email, write to the address at the bottom of this page and it will be removed.
10Your rights
Where data-protection law applies to you — for example the EU or UK GDPR — you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the small amount of data described above, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@zclassic.io and we aim to answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Because we hold almost nothing, most requests are answered honestly with “there is nothing to give”.
11Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it and the new version applies from the moment it is published here. Any material change is noted at the top of the page for a period before it fades into the text.
12Contact
Privacy questions, requests and corrections: support@zclassic.io. The mailbox is run by volunteers, so please allow a few days for a reply.
Write to the community and we will point you to the right place — or fix what is wrong here.
